Conversion of this unfinished lower level consisted of the construction of a bathroom, a bedroom for a teenage boy, a home theatre center, workout room, kitchen, bar space, and a gaming area for a pool table and entertainment.

Bartlett Manor
A casual area for relaxing, a kitchenette for convenience, a family computer area, powder room, private work out space, a home office, and a young children’s’ play area visually accessible but acoustically separated from the private areas are the elements of this 1960 square foot lower level design.
Craftsman Basement
Built in 1921, this Craftsman Style house although modest, boasts tons of style and character that you would come to expect from this period. Strangely, what was of particular attraction to the Owners was the unfinished basement with its 7’-4” ceiling height, a somewhat uncommon circumstance for a house of this age.
